Orders for Provincial cities will be shipped next day and it would take
additional 24 hours to arrive. Shipping address far from the city proper
may take additional time.

If we cannot deliver to the destination you indicated, our Call Center
will immediately inform you that we will not be able to process your
order. You will not be charged for unprocessed transactions.
However, there are instances when items ordered and processed may not
be successfully delivered to your intended recipient. In such cases,
myasiagifts.com is not liable for delay or non-delivery of your orders
and does not entitle you to a refund and/or product replacement. Here
are the reasons why we may not be able to fulfill delivery of your orders.
Incorrect Recipient Address
Whenever you place an order with MYASIAGIFTS.COM, you certify that
the delivery details provided are correct and/or accurate. If we determine
that the delivery address is invalid, then we will do the following:
MYASIAGIFTS.COM Call Center will contact you and inform you that the
delivery address originally provided is incorrect and request you to
verify the address and/or provide VALID delivery address and us with
a NEW.
When Recipient is not home
Kindly note that all orders for delivery to hospitals, schools, funeral
homes, or apartments should indicate the recipient's surname, complete
address with room number or department.
If the recipient is not available during delivery, the delivery person
shall have the order received by a person of suitable age and discretion,
claiming affinity to the recipient.
Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery
time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement
to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may
delay delivery.
"Refused To Accept" by Recipient.
Whenever you place an order with MYASIAGIFTS.COM, you certify that
the recipient in good faith will receive the item ordered.
If a recipient refuses to accept the item, MYASIAGIFTS.COM Call Center
will contact you to inform you on the status of your order and secure
your instruction/decision regarding the order.
Substitution
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of
unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some flowers
may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties
or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore,
it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not

container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain
size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there
may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety
arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Our goal is your
complete satisfaction, rest assured that every effort would be made
to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.

Our regular delivery hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM; Requests for specific
delivery times are accommodated on a best efforts basis only.
